Prayerline

Paul Carline writes of the very encouraging meetings he has recently been a part of – meetings which have revealed amazing opportunities for expanded ministry. There has been dreaming, planning, networking, interviewing and proposal-writing, all aimed towards the goal of seeing more believers serving in Dadaab and Garissa, sharing Jesus in more and more Somali Moslem homes. Let us pray with Paul, that the Lord of the harvest will send more workers into His harvest field.

As Ron and Sharon Harris begin to seek a new team for the next pastors’ and spouses’ workshops, they ask us to pray with them that the Holy Spirit will guide them once again to those He has already chosen to be a part of the 2010 team.

Pray for those working in these difficult parts of the world, where in many cases, secularism rules and Christianity is considered alien and unwelcome.
Pray for both workers from overseas and national believers who continue to experience religious persecution. Ask God to keep them safe and protect them from the enemy of discouragement. Just knowing that people are praying for them has an impact on their lives, bringing peace and building spiritual strength and confidence.
