1) Register for a Vimeo basic account at www.vimeo.com

2) Go to CBM's video albums on Vimeo. The address is www.vimeo.com/cbminorg/albums

3) Navigate to the video you would like to download

4) When the video page is loaded, scroll down to the section title "About this video" on the right of the screen

5) Right click on the words "Dowload this video" and select "Save Link As..." and save the video to an appropriate place on your computer.

6)Open the video using a media play er such as Apple QuickTime.
