Elie and Mireille moved to Lebanon as Global Field Staff in July 2005.  Elie is the President of the Arab Baptist Theological Seminary, an organization that "serve[s] the Church by equipping faithful men and women to become leaders in the Church and out in the world as an extension to the mission of the Church. So, it is critical that the education and formation that they get at the seminary is holistic and appropriately prepares these individuals to have a big impact for Christ".  Mireille volunteers in different ministries, at the seminary, at an orphanage, at a senior home, and serves in women’s ministries. 

Elie and Mireille were active members of the Middle East Baptist Church in Mississauga. They are now active members of the Faith Baptist Church in Mansourieh, Lebanon.

Mireille has a degree in Interior Design from l'Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts, Beirut, and training in Computer Graphics from the International Academy of Design in Toronto.

Elie was a senior technical consultant in the field of Information Technology. He has a Master of Theological Studies from Tyndale Seminary and is working on his PhD at the International Baptist Theological Seminary in Prague. His focus of study is in Missional Ecclesiology.
