STEP (Serving, Training, Energizing Partnerships) gives our most innovative and munificent churches the opportunity to support (with time, talents and finances) all aspects of the ministry work we are involved with in partnership with the churches in our partner country: leadership development, education, and social action.
STEP is a different kind of mission experience – one that goes beyond financial giving and into opportunities to build multi-faceted relationships with our international church partners. By focusing on a particular country, STEP maximizes the effectiveness of mission education for all parties involved. It is a learning experience in holistic ministry that will deeply impact the life of the church both locally and internationally.
It comprehensively connects churches with another community of Christ’s disciples across the globe.
