Our partner, Faith Evangelical Baptist Churches (FEBAC) in South Sudan asks for urgent prayer, for the growing famine conditions in the country, as well as for the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Yei, South Sudan who were displaced in January 2017. FEBAC has closed its churches in Yei and are moving their leaders and essential equipment because it has become unsafe due to the growing ethnic tension. Please pray for appropriate funding and God’s provision for resources to be provided to them, in order to support all who are suffering as a result of conflict, committed atrocities, and starvation. Cholera is also killing people in Narus, Eastern Lakes and Jonglei, so please pray against the spread of the disease and for treatment to be made available to stop it and cure people.
