David and Suzannah Nacho
David and Suzannah serve with CBM in Latin America. They are based in Costa Rica where they work with CETI (Community of Interdisciplinary Theological Studies). CETI provides students a missional understanding of the church and tools to live out integral discipleship through work, family and society. As Academic Dean, David gives leadership and strategic direction to the program. In addition to dedicating her time to their young children, Suzannah serves as an adjunct professor. In addition, through CETI, David and Suzannah are empowering CBM’s partners in Bolivia, El Salvador and Cuba with resource development and teaching in the areas of theological education and integral mission.
Prior to moving to Costa Rica in the fall of 2016, the Nachos served with CBM in Bolivia, El Salvador and Argentina where they worked at the Kairos Foundation focusing on Global Discipleship and Theological Education. During that time, they were exposed to CETI (Interdisciplinary Theological Studies) that fosters communal learning and integral mission and helped to connect the UBB to this continent wide network. David enjoys soccer, volleyball, playing the guitar, preaching and leading Bible studies. Suzannah likes to swim and uses this time for reflection. They have three children, Sofía, Andrés, and Anna Laura.
