Since arriving in Togo in January 2026, Jean-Marie and Hortense Atitso have been serving alongside the Togo Baptist Convention, building relationships with ministry leaders and identifying meaningful ways to support local ministry efforts. They were warmly welcomed by CBT leadership and have begun connecting with women’s fellowship, children’s ministry, missions, evangelism, pastoral care, and churches across Lomé. In the coming months, they will participate in leadership planning meetings, women’s fellowship training, pastoral teaching at the Baptist Bible Institute, and the CBT General Assembly. They also invite churches to prayerfully consider sending short-term mission teams to serve in Togo and ask for continued prayer for fruitful partnerships, safe travels, wisdom, and the growth of God’s Kingdom.
