Victor serves as CBM’s Program Officer for the Africa Portfolio, working closely with Global Staff and local partners to support effective, community-driven initiatives across the region. He brings extensive experience as a program management professional, having previously worked with NGOs and consultancies throughout Africa and Southeast Asia.

Victor has supported community development partners in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting across sectors including climate change, sustainable agriculture, food security, livelihoods, and sports for development. With a bachelor’s degree in economics and additional certifications in project management, environmental impact assessment, partner capacity strengthening, and quality management systems, he offers a thoughtful understanding of the socioeconomic dynamics that shape community outcomes.

Victor lives in Nairobi, Kenya, where he enjoys swimming, dance, football, and watching movies and tv shows.
