Africa
  • Pray for communities in Eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, and South Sudan affected by the ongoing Ebola outbreak. Ask God to bring healing to those who are ill, comfort to affected families, and wisdom, strength, and protection for healthcare workers and those responding to the crisis.

North America
  • As summer begins, pray that pastors and church leaders would find opportunities for rest and renewal. May God refresh them with his presence and continue to guide them as they lead their congregations in faithful witness and service.
Asia
  • (India) Soura Baptists (SBCMS)

    Pray for the Soura Baptist Churches Mission Society (SBCMS) as pastors, evangelists, deacons, and church members gather for their annual conference in early June. May this be a time of spiritual encouragement, deeper unity, and renewed commitment to sharing the hope of Christ in their communities.

MENA
  • Pray for wisdom, discernment, and courage as our partners seek to faithfully serve and share the love of Christ amid ongoing instability in the region. May God open doors for ministry and provide guidance in responding to emerging needs.

Latin America and Caribbean
  • Pray for CBM staff member Bill Dyck as he travels to the CBM office in June for meetings focused on Latin American ministry in North America. Ask God to guide conversations, strengthen partnerships, and provide wisdom as plans and priorities are discerned together.
Europe
  • (Marburg, Germany) CBM staff Xiaodan and Philipp are preparing in June to spend the rest of the year abroad for language training and visits of mission partners. Please pray for their preparations for the journey and that this transition period until their return will go smoothly for the people they serve in Germany.
Asia
  • (Thailand) Paradise Children Center & Sustainability through Pig Farming Project

    Pray for God’s protection, provision, and guidance over the Paradise Children Center and its sustainability initiatives. Following recent challenges caused by severe weather, pray that the project would continue to flourish and provide ongoing support for the children served through the centre. May staff and leaders be strengthened as they care for and invest in the lives of young people in their community. 

Latin America and Caribbean
  • CBM staff member Patty Nacho invites prayer as planning for the 2027 budget begins. Pray for wisdom, discernment, and unity among all those involved in the budgeting process, that resources would be stewarded faithfully and aligned with the opportunities God is providing for ministry and mission.

Europe
  • (Göttingen, Germany) Thanksgiving for the Joint Living Camp

    We give thanks for God’s blessing during the Joint Living Camp, where participants from Göttingen, Kassel, and Marburg gathered for fellowship, worship, and community. Pray that the encouragement, unity, and spiritual growth experienced during the camp will continue to strengthen these fellowships as they serve and witness in their communities.

MENA
  • Pray for Sudanese refugees living in Egypt, particularly children and families facing significant challenges and uncertainty. Ask God to provide protection, provision, access to essential support, and encouragement through local churches and communities.

North America
  • Pray for the many students, interns, and young adults serving in churches, camps, and ministry programs this summer. May God deepen their faith, strengthen their leadership, and encourage them as they participate in his mission.

Africa
  • Pray for churches in Rwanda as they work to comply with new government regulations affecting faith-based organizations. May church leaders be granted wisdom, patience, and favour as they navigate these requirements while continuing to faithfully serve their communities.

  • (Göttingen, Germany) Thanksgiving for a New Believer
    We praise God for continuing to bring new student seekers into our fellowship. One student recently accepted Jesus as her Savior. Please pray for her spiritual growth, deeper understanding of the faith, and meaningful connection within the Christian community.
Asia
  • (India) Shalom Tribal Trust
    Pray for the detox camp taking place this month, attended by twenty participants referred through local churches. Ask God to grant good health, effective medical care, and deep spiritual renewal as they take steps toward healing, restoration, and new life.
Africa
  • Pray for peace and stability in Eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, home to our partner CBCA. Ask God to protect local church communities, strengthen those facing uncertainty and hardship, and sustain his people as they bear witness to the hope of Christ.

MENA
  • Pray for the planning and preparation of summer children’s and youth ministry programs. Ask God to raise up caring and capable volunteers, and to guide every aspect of these ministries through the leading of the Holy Spirit. May these gatherings be places where young people encounter Christ, grow in faith, and experience Christian community.
North America
  • Pray for churches preparing for Vacation Bible School and other summer ministries. Ask that children and families would encounter the love of Christ, discover the hope of the Gospel, and grow in faith through these opportunities.

Latin America and Caribbean
  • Dominican Republic – IBAREDO
    Pray for the children, youth, staff, and volunteers participating in the Creation Care program as a new group of teens begins this journey of learning and discipleship. Pray also for the Academic Reinforcement program as it concludes another season and transitions into summer ministries. May God continue to use both programs to nurture spiritual growth, learning, and hope in the lives of young people and their families.
MENA
  • Pray for churches and ministry leaders serving in the MENA region as they continue to care for vulnerable individuals and families. May God strengthen and encourage them in their witness, provide for their needs, and use their ministries to bring hope, compassion, and the peace of Christ to their communities.

Africa
  • Pray for wisdom, humility, and perseverance for CBM staff and partners serving across diverse cultural contexts. May God deepen relationships, foster mutual understanding, and equip all involved to serve faithfully and effectively together.
Latin America and Caribbean
  • Bolivia – Pray for Bolivia’s growing social unrest. Global Affairs Canada shares this message: “political and security situation in Bolivia is tense and could further deteriorate. There are ongoing protests, roadblocks, and violent clashes across western Bolivia, particularly in La Paz, Potosí, and Oruro regions. Shortages of fuel, food, and medical supplies are impacting La Paz.” Additionally, in Cochabamba, roadblocks are impacting access to our rural ministries so we ask that you pray for peace and stability in the region.
  • Guatemala – Pray also for CBM staff member Byron Velasquez and his family as they navigate ongoing health challenges. May they experience God’s healing, comfort, strength, and peace during this difficult season. 
North America
  • Pray for camp staff, volunteers, and campers across Atlantic Canada. May camps be places of joy, belonging, and spiritual growth, and may young people be inspired by stories of God’s work around the world through Global Adventures and other mission partnerships.
Asia
  • (India) – Soura Baptist Churches Mission Society (SBCMS)

    Pray for the construction of a new school building, asking God to provide the necessary funding, skilled workers, and support from local authorities. Pray also for children who are receiving additional tutoring support, that they would grow in confidence, succeed in their studies, and be equipped for a brighter future.

Europe
  • (Kassel, Germany) – Pastor Ye will conclude his ministry in Kassel at the end of June and move on to his new ministry field. We pray that the Lord will remember the work he has done here. We also pray that the Lord will guide the transition of ministry within the church during this time, to lead the church into its next phase, and to enable the co-workers and other pastors to work together harmoniously as they continue to spread the Gospel here and serve as a beautiful testimony.
