The Kingdom of God Is Like a Mustard Seed

Summary

Executive Director Terry Smith preaches on the images of God’s kingdom from Psalm 145 8-13 and Luke 18-21 where Jesus compares the heavenly kingdom to that of a mustard seed. That is, it begins small and slow but its growth is unstoppable. The same as God’s Kingdom, subverting all empires, God can grow great things from small beginnings.

In this sermon, Terry poses the question, “How does your church measure up to this image of a mustard seed? Is your church being the locus of God’s work?”
