Center for Continuing Theological Education Program (CCTEP) equips pastors to effectively minister to their communities in Capiz Province with practical training in the areas of pastoral care and counseling, leading meetings, managing budgets and community development. Support this project with financial contributions and prayer.
Kabuganaan Philippines Ministries (KPM) aims to facilitate community transformation and development and works with local churches to minister to marginalized people and communities. Pastors of local churches in Capiz Province often receive theological training at Bible schools and seminaries. However, many church leaders do not continue their formal education because of time and financial restraints. As KPM surveyed local pastors, the need for continued practical and theological training among pastors became evident. Many church leaders deal with feelings of inadequacy as they maintain various aspects of pastoral ministry such as budgeting, pastoral care, and community development. To equip pastors for the growth of the church in Capiz, they are offered practical and relevant workshops to help them build and lead healthy and thriving churches.
