The 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak was first seen in Wuhan, China in December of 2019, then spreading within the nation and to a number of other countries.

Canadian Baptist Ministries (CBM) initially responded to the need for food and medical supplies in smaller communities around and in the larger city of Wuhan.

However, as the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has been declared a rapidly developing pandemic by WHO, CBM has decided to explore other situations in our ministry network beyond China. More information is forthcoming on the best course of action in supporting other countries where our ministries may be affected.

Help us to continue to provide aid for marginalized families who are affected by COVID-19. Thank you for your generosity.

We are grateful for the faithful response of our Canadian Baptist family in times of emergency and to represent your compassion to the world.
