Pradeep Babu Gara

Serving in India

Pradeep was appointed in early 2019 as Program Assistant, Accounts and Communication to create visibility for community development work in India. He writes human interest stories and works together with the India team in various supplementary roles.

Pradeep has worked in the development sector in the capacity of accounting and administration in an organization that covers a fair spectrum of some of the thematic areas of development.  He created online written and visual content for ecclesiastical personalities and institutions on Wikipedia. He also serves as a committee member of the Society to Save Rocks, Hyderabad, which works towards the preservation of  rock formations abutting the city.

Pradeep works alongside CBM’s church partners in India, focusing on budgeting, reporting, monitoring and evaluating ongoing project activities. Based in Hyderabad, he collaborates with other field staff to strengthen the witness of local churches. Please pray for the students in CBM programs, that they may grow and learn as they receive tutoring and that they study well. Pray for the participants of the income generating activities, for God to bless the works of their hands. Pray for the new theological students as they begin seminary.

New Field Staff

CBM recently appointed two new National Field Staff: Joe Bridi for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and Pradeep Babu Gara for India. Based in Lebanon, Joe will work with CBM’s local partners throughout the MENA region to develop strategies for ministry and provide support to graduates of Arab Baptist Theological Seminary. Pradeep will serve alongside our church partners in India, particularly with budgeting and reporting. Please pray for Joe and Pradeep as they transition into their new roles, which begin on January 1, 2019. Pray that God would provide them with wisdom, direction and guidance as they serve the communities represented in their regions. May they
