- Lift up CBM’s partners, Thimar and ABTS, as they continue to host and care for displaced families. The devastation in Lebanon is overwhelming, with one-fourth of the population internally displaced and many unable to return to their homes. This is in addition to the significant number of Syrian refugees still living in the country.
Latin America and Caribbean
- Pray for team members returning from the global conference. May the relationships built and the lessons learned during this time bring lasting fruit in their ministries and strengthen their work.
Africa
- Pray for peace and stability in the regions where our partners CEBCE and CBCA operate in conflict zones. May God grant them strength and resilience as they serve amidst unrest.
Asia
- Pray for the 15 youth who are participating in the Nursing Aid Training program in Myanmar. Pray for the trainees to stay committed, learn effectively, and complete the training successfully. Pray also for the teachers to have wisdom, patience, and strength as they guide these young people.
Europe
- Pray for preparations for the special Christmas Worship in Kassel, Germany. Ask for God’s blessing over the distribution of invitations, program rehearsals, and outreach efforts. May the event draw people to Christ and the true meaning of Christmas.
North America
- Pray for the Church Engagement team as they approach the Advent & Christmas season. Pray for meaningful connections with churches and individuals, and that CBM’s financial goals for 2024 will be met despite postal delays.
Africa
- Pray for the Peer Capacity Assessment event being conducted with a church partner in DR Congo. May this initiative strengthen their ability to serve and bring about meaningful outcomes.
Europe
- Please lift up the upcoming visit of the Mississauga City Baptist Church SENT Team in December and the Christmas Celebration on December 15th. Pray that God will use the SENT Team to bless our community and that the celebration will draw many to encounter Christ during this season of love and hope.
MENA
- Pray for the Sudan Baptist Convention’s training conference taking place this month. Ask God to guide this event and bring peace and stability to the nation of Sudan.
Latin America and Caribbean
- Pray for CBM’s partners across Latin America and the Caribbean as they wrap up their 2024 activities. After a demanding year, pray they find rest and renewal during their time off.
Asia
- Pray for Jireh Church in Northern Thailand as they assist flood-affected villages with recovery efforts. Pray for wisdom, resilience, and hope as they work to restore livelihoods and land. May their efforts bring hope and transformation to these communities.
North America
- Pray for the Church Engagement team as they engage supporters during the Advent and Christmas season. May they inspire generosity and deepen connections with those committed to CBM’s mission.

- Pray for the two ministry teams traveling to Germany in December. Ask for safety, impactful ministry, and opportunities to share Christ’s love with those they encounter.
Europe
- Several activities are planned in Marburg this December to foster community, share the gospel with unbelievers, and strengthen the faith of believers. These include Christmas cookie baking, a marriage seminar, a Christmas party, and a winter camp. Pray that God will work powerfully in and through the believers in Marburg during these events.
MENA
- Praise God for the positive impact of the education centres run by the Egyptian Baptist Convention, which are transforming the lives of children and their parents.
Latin America and Caribbean
- Caribbean: Pray for relief efforts to reach the most vulnerable as partners face ongoing challenges such as food shortages, limited healthcare, and inconsistent power. Pray for wisdom and resilience for leaders navigating these increasingly difficult conditions.
Asia
- Pray for Shalom Trust and the Arunachal Pradesh Baptist Church Council in India as they begin new partnerships with CBM in 2025. Pray for success in their initiatives, including prison ministry and fishpond projects to provide student scholarships.
Africa
- Pray for the Africa Team as they plan for activities and initiatives in 2025. Ask for clear direction, unity, and inspiration as they seek to make a lasting impact.
Africa
- Lift up the leadership teams of partner churches as they seek the best ways to serve their communities effectively. Pray for guidance, collaboration, and impactful ministry.
Europe
- Praise God for the success of the Alpha Course in Göttingen, Germany, which has welcomed 25-30 participants. We rejoice that 2 participants have come to faith in Christ and are now learning the foundations of Christianity. Pray for the new believers as they grow in their faith and for seekers to encounter Christ personally.
MENA
- Pray for the leadership of the Egyptian Baptist Convention as they seek God’s wisdom and direction while planning for the coming year.
Latin America and Caribbean
- Guatemala & El Salvador: Pray for CIBG (Guatemala) and ABES (El Salvador) as they hold their annual assemblies and select new leadership. Ask for God’s guidance in their decisions, ensuring they align with His mission and purpose.
Asia
- Pray for Almaty Bible Institute (ABI) as they enter a new phase of interpreting and theologizing the Gospel in the Central Asian context. Praise God for the increased access to local scholarship.
- Pray for Pastor Shemae Gevero in the Philippines, who is undergoing treatment while caring for her two-month-old baby. Pray for healing, strength, and support for her family.
North America
- Pray that churches and individuals will respond with compassion and generosity to CBM’s Hopeful Gifts for Change campaign, choosing to make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need.

- Pray for churches and individuals to push back against the materialism of Christmas and embrace the gift of hope through Christ. May they be inspired to share this hope with their communities and the world.
Europe
- Starting next year, the church in Kassel is beginning to increase the number of youth Sunday Schools and is trying some new approaches. Pray for wisdom for the teachers as they teach and mentor the youth and build positive relationships with them.
MENA
- Pray for wisdom, tolerance, and peace to prevail in the region throughout the coming days and year.
Latin America and Caribbean
- Dominican Republic: Pray for the success of the Transformative Leadership Diploma offered by IBAREDO, a nine-month program for young adults aged 18-35. May it inspire and equip participants to serve as effective leaders.
Asia
- Pray for flood victims in the Philippines as they rebuild after six typhoons in two months. Ask for hope, resilience, and recovery for those who have lost homes, crops, and livelihoods.
Africa
- Pray for peace and stability across the region. May God bring an end to conflict and provide security and hope for the communities affected.
