The aim of this project is to train AEBR leaders and members to recognize and mobilize available, God-given resources within the church community and shift the mindset from a focus on poverty to a focus on potential. Education for church members will be provided on detecting and selecting needs within the community, as well as identifying, mobilizing, and managing resources with the goal of provoking a sense of capability and responsibility to engage in integral mission. At the church leadership and regional level, this project will focus on development of strategic plans to integrate, nurture and sustain this shift in mindset and activation of the local church.
