A Warm Welcome
In this “Kids Care Welcome to My Neighbourhood in the Middle East” lesson, children will learn about the Matthew House and the services it offers refugees. They will learn to understand the difficult journey refugees face in coming to Canada and explore the feelings of not being wanted. The lesson emphasizes that refugees are wanted by Jesus and are important to him and that they need to be important to us too.
