C P Raju has been the Senior Program Coordinator with CBM in India since 2012, supporting partners in Integral Mission. His key responsibilities include operations management, budgeting, training staff, and overseeing projects.

Raju’s tenure with CBM follows a substantial period working in Mission Hospitals in Andhra Pradesh and Odisha, where he was involved in administrative roles and community development projects for 25 years. He holds degrees in science, law, Christian studies, a Master of Arts in Rural Development, and multiple postgraduate diplomas in fields ranging from hospital administration to industrial relations.

Born into a Christian family, Raju has been deeply involved in church and youth activities. A skilled Tabla player, he has performed at concerts and church events for three decades. He founded and edits Yatra Magazine and actively preaches in different churches. Raju is married to Jane Swarna, an assistant professor turned community service volunteer, and they are blessed with two children.
