Kylah Lohnes serves as a Program Officer with CBM’s International Partnerships Team. She works closely with our partners to help design and monitor projects that align with CBM’s key causes.
Raised in the Canadian Baptist family, she’s supported CBM’s ministries and participated in SENT trips to Bolivia, Kenya, and the Philippines, before joining as staff.
Kylah has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Development Studies from St. Francis Xavier University (Antigonish, NS) and a Master of Theological Studies in Urban and Community Development from Wycliffe College (Toronto, ON).
She is passionate about seeing local churches engage in community ministry that addresses matters of social justice, particularly food security, Indigenous rights, and creation care. When not at work she enjoys reading, trying a new recipe, or escaping the city at a nearby park, lake or hiking trail.
