Rabih Wazir serves as CBM’s Alumni Engagement Supervisor in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, supporting the Arab Baptist Theological Seminary (ABTS) and CBM’s wider ministry partnerships across the region. In this role, he strengthens relationships with ABTS graduates, provides pastoral and ministry follow-up, supports the Graduate Support Fund, and helps build a deeper understanding of ministry needs, opportunities, and relationships throughout the MENA region. He also provides programming support to several CBM partners.
Based in Beirut, Lebanon, Rabih also serves as General Secretary for the Convention of the Evangelical Baptist Churches in Lebanon, where he works closely with ministry partners and engages with the European Baptist Federation and Baptist World Alliance. His previous work with The Living Word Society and ministry in his local church have given him extensive experience in preaching, teaching, church planting, and pastoral ministry.
Rabih graduated from ABTS with a Bachelor of Theology in 2006 and has participated in numerous education and leadership seminars around the globe. A people-person at heart, he thrives on relationships and believes every person he meets enriches his life in a unique way.
