CBM has created “Build Your Own Sunday” – a set of resources that church leaders and pastors can utilize. Broken down into elements, each church can choose which to use according to what suits their needs. There are scripture readings from regional representatives, worship music, the main sermon and updates from field staff.
As leaders of CBM, a global mission organization, we acknowledge the sin of anti-Black racism and all forms of racial discrimination.
On May 3, we came together for Solidarity Sunday, a livestreamed global service of prayer and reflection. This was a special time set aside for Canadian Baptists to stand in solidarity with our global partners in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this troubling time, let us demonstrate compassionate engagement with the most vulnerable.
