Hello, my name is Philipp Fröhlich. Together with my wife Xiaodan, I serve in the university town of Marburg in Germany. I invite you to pray with us for the ministry among Chinese in Germany.

Many Chinese come to Germany to study, live far away from their beloved families and experience mental and social difficulties here abroad. Many struggle with the German language and culture. Common problems are loneliness and depression. Some have no clear perspective for their lives. We would like to offer Chinese students a kind of new home in a foreign country, where they can get help physically, mentally and spiritually.

We experience that people who have never heard of Jesus come to believe in Him and their lives are changed by Him. May God touch many more lives. Thank you for standing with us in prayer!

Please pray:

• Thank God that our Chinese community has been able to stay healthy during the pandemic and continues to be active and present at church events.

• Thank God that we have been able to establish several new Chinese contacts in the last few months. Pray that the contacts will be maintained and that their interest in the faith will continue.

• Pray that God would use our monthly outreach events to bring people into our community and that He would prepare hearts for the Gospel.

• Pray that He will give believers the desire for spiritual growth. Pray that we will encourage one another in our various difficult situations and grow together in faith.

• Also pray that God will provide us with a new venue with more space. We would love to have space for children and events during the week.
