Evangeline will work alongside our partner in Lebanon, the Lebanese Society for Educational and Social Development (LSESD), to help develop and implement ministry plans that reflect CBM’s key causes. She will play an important role in monitoring and evaluating projects and programs in this vital region as well as communicate with Canadian Baptists to further our goals in global discipleship.

She comes to us with ample experience in emergency relief and program management, having already worked in Lebanon with the Mennonite Central Committee and at the Gull Lake Baptist Centre with the Canadian Baptist of Western Canada. Evangeline has developed an understanding of various disciplines including Theological Studies in Beirut and Foundational Arabic in Jordan.

Evangeline brings a wide range of expertise and experiences in Youth Ministries, Relief & Development, as well as Communications. She will be a wonderful addition to our MENA team providing us with more capacity to accompany our partner’s fast expanding ministries in the MENA region.”

Evangeline has a Master’s Degree in Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications Studies with a Minor in International Development from the University of Calgary. Among her many talents, she is skilled in curriculum development and community education, and has also taken courses in spiritual transformation and trauma-informed care.
