Please join us in prayer on July 30 for World Day Against Trafficking in Persons. Every year, adults and children alike are illegally recruited and transported for various reasons –including forced labour, sexual exploitation and organ removal. Sadly, children make up almost a third of all human trafficking victims worldwide, according to information from the United Nations. As we remember the victims of human trafficking, pray that they would be released from their captors and find a place of safety and refuge. We pray that God would also protect and provide for those living in vulnerable situations and at risk of exploitation. May God bring peace and justice to the millions of trafficking victims worldwide, as well as to their loved ones.
