Bolivia – Pastoring of Pastors

Pastoring of Pastors is a discipleship movement intended to support pastors, church leaders, and congregations in their ministry and spiritual life. Activities include “shepherding of pastors”, one-on-one discipleship, micro groups and discipleship groups as well as the 5 year Disciples School program. The project involves engaging pastors, leaders, and congregations in meetings for mutual support through the sharing of strengths and weaknesses, focusing on Jesus Christ as the source of healing, grace and wisdom and whose image we seek to be conformed to.
