The Seminary offers two theological training programs. The first one is Pastoral Theological Training, based on Quality Academic Theological Management, and ministerial development (practical work), with a combination of in-person classes and virtual platform support. Unfortunately, many students at the Seminary lack both financial and emotional support from their parents.
The second program is Pastoral Leadership, a modular and virtual system that covers subjects such as Biblical Foundations, Practical Theology, and Pastoral Ministry. It is offered in Quechua and Spanish in remote locations, as well as online for individuals with limited time.
The implementation of these programs is considered highly relevant for the ministry of the church. Virtual strategic activities are being carried out as well.
