This project supports pastoral training and care for pastors in the Dominican Republic. Pastors meet regularly in peer groups for encouragement and learning. This creates and strengthens the pastoral care network of IBAREDO, facilitating a commitment for national, regional and local networks to strengthen the mutual care of pastoral leaders with their families and develop their ministerial competencies. This project also funds annual conventions, spiritual retreats, regional meetings, and scholarships for pastors to continue their training.
