In the Dominican Republic, UNICEF has reported that 3 out of every 5 children lost two full academic years during covid closures. The main goal of this project is to lift 60 participating children up to their appropriate academic grade level. Through personalized and focused tutoring, participating students will be given support in the basics of reading comprehension, grammar and mathematics for 4 hours each week.
