Cause: Justice
Location: Kenya
Field Staff: Eugene Akondeng
Project Partner: ACC&S

In Kenya, there is desperate poverty and food insecurity problem, due to poor agricultural practices, rising input costs, climate change and variability and population growth. It is for this very reason that ACC&S will train project participants on Farming God’s Way. In order to improve the relationship between people and creation, the project also has a special component focused on improving forest cover through tree planting by establishing community owned nurseries and investing in reforestation and restoration of degraded terrestrial systems including hills and mountains. The project also aspires to improve water table levels and food security, thus addressing pertinent household challenges
