Helle Liht serves as the Director of Partnerships for Africa, Europe, and MENA. She is passionate about nurturing partnerships of mutual trust that, through integral mission, enable local communities to flourish and reflect God’s love and care in places where the need is greatest.

An Estonian by birth, Helle previously served as Assistant General Secretary of the European Baptist Federation. Her theological journey has taken her through the Estonian Free Church Theological Seminary, Tartu University, and the International Baptist Theological Seminary in Prague, where she earned an MTh with a focus on eco-theology. Rooted in her home congregation in Kohila, Estonia, she is ordained as a deacon.

Outside of her work, Helle finds joy in reading, hiking, listening to jazz, and cooking breakfast for her friends.
